The Total Rewards Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Sabre’s compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs. The position involves working closely with HR, payroll, and other business stakeholders to ensure accurate administration and communication of Sabre’s Total Rewards strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Support: Assist in administering annual compensation cycles such as salary planning, bonuses, and equity programs; maintain accurate job, pay, and market data in HR systems.
  • Benefits Support: Act as the first point of contact for benefits inquiries; coordinate enrollment, life event changes, and vendor-related communications.
  • Recognition & Wellness: Support spot awards, service milestones, and wellness initiatives to boost employee engagement.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular reports on compensation and benefits metrics; ensure internal and regulatory compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and actively participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience.

Key Technical Skills:

Excel, HRIS systems, Data Analysis, Benefits Administration, Compensation Cycle Management, HR Compliance, Employee Engagement Programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits administration, or related areas preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proactive approach and eagerness to learn compensation and benefits processes.
